With a strong passion for strengthening organizational cultures and driving impactful change through media and communications, I've had the privilege of leading in both the Catholic Media Association and the Diocese of Phoenix.

As the face of the Catholic Media Association, I've championed its mission — first as a Board member for a decade, then as its President, and now as its Executive Director — advocating for the value, effectiveness, and identity of our member organizations and media professionals across North America. With a rich history dating back to 1911, the Catholic Media Association holds a special place in the industry. Collaborating closely with our Board of Directors and outstanding staff, I spearhead our strategic vision, facilitate professional development, and promote active participation among our members.

Prior to my role at the Catholic Media Association, I served as the Director of Communications for the Diocese of Phoenix where I directed a team of media professionals, managed media relations, crafted strategic communication and engagement strategies, and oversaw complex budgets.
